Summer Glau's most famous roles include River Tam on the highly popular Firefly TV show and Cameron, the main character in Terminator. Sarah Connor Chronicles. In addition to these television series, she's also appeared in Angel Cold Case The Big Bang Theory Chuck and Hawaii Five-0 as well guest-starring in Angel The Unit Cape Arrow & Sequestered. Selena Quintanilla......................Selena was born April 16 1971 in Corpus Christi Texas . She was the youngest of three children born to Marcela and Abraham Quintanilla. When Selena aged eighteen, she began her career as a member of a band that was formed by her dad. Selena played lead guitar in the group, as did her two siblings Abraham junior on base as well as Sister Suzette playing the drums. Selena acted as the lead vocalist. The group was dubbed Selena Y Los Dino and Selena would be performing with her siblings in various bars restaurants wedding fairs and other events. Selena did not have much growing up as the group required lots of time. However, their father Abraham wanted to motivate them and they became committed musicians. Abraham senior was a member of the band that was originally named Los Dinos. Selena Y Los Dinos formed officially in the year 1981. It was a family business and the main source of revenue for the family. The Quintanilla Family was determined to succeed despite the difficulties and the insufficient funds initially. They would see their patience pay back in the mid 1980's as Selena Y Los Dinos gained popularity in the west states. Selena's first success came in 1986 when she received prizes for Female Vocalist of The Year as well as Performer of The Year at the Tejano music Awards. Selena Y Los Dinos gained recognition and fame after that. They appeared on numerous Spanish TV shows of the Spanish language such as El Show De Johnny Canales Siempre En Domingo and Sabado Gigante.
